FTC laws affect voice broadcasting, but there is another solution.

FTC has changed the voice broadcasting laws as of September 2009, some marketers will need to re-strategize. You will need written permission from the recipient before sending a voice broadcast message.

For those who's businesses relies on voice broadcasting and cant do without it, there is a legal solution to the problem. Its called "voice mail courier".

Voicemail courier is legal because it "couriers" each message right to voicemail by a live agent. Might be a bit more costly that the standard rates of 3 cents for a voice broadcast, but it works and its effective.

Check out website www.voicelogic.com see if they can help you,.

I never thought robocalling was all that effective, I've always preferred predictive dialing, which is not affected by the new rules. if you used vb before and want a legal alternative which allows you to talk to more live propects than vb ever did, contact me for a free live demo.

info@genesiscommunications.biz or 9492764184 our system is completely hosted and our service and prices rank the highest in the industry.

Looks like the FTC will not be banning voice broadcasting. If the consumer opt to receive calls you can still send voice broadcasting is what the FTC website says. This does not include businesses. Just consumers. So if some has a business you can still broadcast a message to them. Voice broadcasting is not banned effective 9-1-2009. Just modified. I think it is a good rule to have only the people who opt to receive call just like people opt to receive emails.

Bill- you hit the nail on the head my friend. Inquires are the only way to go either from the internet or direct response like mail, tv, radio, print, etc. I am tired of getting compared to these so called marketing companies becuase we do have to wear the black eye of their actions. Those calls are so annoying! Anyway feel free to give this webinar link out to your network. Thanks for the post on Lenderama!

Time to talk to someone about hot transfers of consumer inquiries. These kinds of short-cuts only gave mortgage brokers and debt businesses a black-eye.

This is good for the consumer and mortgage/debt businesses. FTC is on a hunt to clean up the marketing practices of debt, loan modification, mortgage--their "actions" RSS feed is a flood of new cases.
