The Federal Government (and meaning federal "representatives") screw things up (it's not just about sound bites for the upcoming election you guys). Leave it to the States and the "industry" to handle things. Leave it to the Feds and they'll be attacking the basis of free enterprise and small business...as well as States rights. They have always had "federal guidelines" in place you know. What would cause me to have this "knee jerk" response? I guess it's all because of the "I'm just an ordinary American" looking at all of these politicians being overpaid for under-performance and they don't pull their own weight for what they provide for the good of the American public. Our Federal representatives don't know squat about "on the street", American-apple-pie regular folks and care less about their lives. One American opinion. And yes I'm in the mortgage industry.
